上颌埋伏前牙正畸牵引失败原因及埋伏牙再植临床疗效分析
Analysis of failure in the orthodontic traction of the impacted maxillary anterior teeth and management of transplantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The aim of the study was to explore the factors that caused the failure of the traction of the impacted maxillary anterior teeth and the management of the transplantation. Method:20 impacted maxillary anterior teeth were included in the retrospective study,and the failure of the cases were focused. Result:In the study,2 out of the 20 impacted maxillary anterior teeth were failed the orthodontic treatment,1 was erupted spontaneously. Conclusion: Correct diagnoses, perfect timing and fewer traumas for surgery exposure are critical for the success of the traction of the impacted maxillary anterior teeth and the transplantation of the impacted teeth can be an alternative choice.关键词
