摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the differences of MMP-9 expression and clinical significance between in salivary gland tumor and inflammation. Method:The expression of MMP-9 in salivary gland benign tumor,cancer,inflammation tis-sues and normal salivary gland tissues were detected by gelatin enzyme spectrum and Immunohistochemistry. Result:the results of PCR showed that MMP-9 in the salivary gland benign tumor,the salivary malignant tumor tissue, the salivary gland inflammation tissue and the normal salivary gland tissue all have expressed. In addition, compared with normal tis-sues,the MMP-9 expression in the malignant tumor is significantly higher than the other three groups (P<0.05);The sali-vary gland inflammation expression was significantly higher than in benign group (P<0.05),benign tumor group expression is significantly higher than normal group(P <0.05). Conclusion:the expression of MMP-9 was significantly associated with the degree of malignant salivary gland tumors,compared with its in Salivary gland benign tumor,the expression of MMP-9 in salivary gland inflammation tissue was higher. MMP-9 was not only associated with the invasion and metastasis of tu-mors, and may be related to the occurrence of tumor is a connection.关键词
