Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the effect of gradually induced occlusal disorders on the rat's masseter muscle and disorded time by observing the changes of ultrastructure and the context of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in rat's masseter muscle. Method:8 weeks' male SD SPF rats were randomly divided into 2,4,6,8 weeks groups, each of the experimental group had a blank control group with 8 rats in each group ,the blank control group were not given any treatment. For the rats in experimental groups elastic rubber bands were inserted be-tween the molar tooth to establish the disordered occlusion model.Experimental group and control group rats were sacri-ficed at the end of 2 th、4 th、6 th、8 th week respectively. The ultrastructure of masseter muscle in rats were observed by HE staining and using transmission electron microscope,at the same time using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecte the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) of masseter muscle in each rat,to explore the occlusal disorder effects on energy metabolism of masseter muscle. Result:After 2,4,6,8 weeks disor-dered occlusion, mitochondria in the masseter muscle of rats were damaged, and the longer the time disordered, the more damaged, and the more increased of CK and LDH(P<0.05). Conclusion:the effect of disordered occlusion on masseter muscle of rat is time positively related.关键词
