Abstract
Objective To study the monitoring of microembolic signal ( MES) in assessing the curative effect of platelet aggregation drugs combined with statins on treating acute ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty-two patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups: two couplet treatment group (30 cases, treated with Clopidogrel and Aspirin) and Rosuvastatin group (32 cases, treated with Clopidogrel, Aspirin and Rosuvastatin). The MES was assessed by TCD before treatment and at 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after treatment, respectively.And the results of MES assessment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment, the MES numbers of the two groups at 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after treatment were significantly decreased (all P<0.05).At 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after treatment, the MES numbers of Rosuvastatin group were significantly lower than those in the two couplet treatment group ( all P<0.05) .The drop rate of MES in the Rosuvastatin group at 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after treatment were significantly higher than those in the two couplet treatment group (all P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of two couplet treatment of platelet aggregation drugs combined with statins on treating acuteischemic stroke is better than only two couplet treatment.关键词
