南京地区缺血性脑卒中二级预防中危险因素的调查分析
Investigation of risk factors of ischemic stroke in secondary prevention in Nanjing area

Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of ischemic stroke in secondary prevention in Nanjing area.Methods The data of 886 patients in clinics of Nanjing Brain Hospital from March 2013 to December 2013 who had history of cerebral infarction ( CI ) or had CI outbreak ( CI group ) and 1247 patients who had only lacunar infarction (LI) lesions but no stroke history(LI group) were registered, including sex, age, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation,myocardial infarction, peripheral arterial disease, intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis,Essen score.Also, the related data of low risk population in 9739 cases ( LR group) of Nanjing Tangshan and Nanhu community were collected , and risk factors of the three groups were compared .Results The risk rates of diabetes and hypertension in CI group and LI group were significantly higher than those in LR group (all P<0.01). The rate of intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis in CI group was significantly higher than that in LI group ( P<0.01).There were no significant differences in muti-logistic regression of six risk factors of cerebral infarction .And there were no significant differences in ESRS between CI group and LI group .Conclusions Hypertension and diabetes are the common risk factors of CI in Nanjing area .The monitoring of intracranial and extracranial artery stenosis was more important in these risk factors for ischemic stroke .关键词
