摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP) and neuro-immunology.Methods The serum levels of IL-4、IL-10、interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and transforming growth factor-β1 ( TGF-β1 ) in 30 patients with DEACMP ( DEACMP group ) , 27 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning without delayed encephalopathy ( ACOP group ) and 28 healthy controls ( healthy control group) were determined by ELISA .Comparing the results of each group .Results The level of IL-4 in DEACMP was significantly lower than that in healthy control group ( P<0.05) ;and ACOP group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group (P<0.05) .The level of IL-10 in DEACMP was significantly lower than that in ACOP group (P<0.05);and ACOP group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P<0.05).The level of IFN-γin DEACMP group was significantly higher than that of ACOP group and healthy control group (all P<0.05);and ACOP group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group ( P<0.05 ) .The level of TGF-β1 in DEACMP group was significantly lower than that of ACOP group and healthy control group ( all P<0.05 ) ;and ACOP group was significantly higher than that of healthy control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion The occurrence of DEACMP is associated with neural immune mechanism of indury .
