207例重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤的救治分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the therapeutic methods and experience in severe traumatic brain injury complicated with multiple injuries .Methods The clinical data of 207 patients with severe traumatic brain injury complicated with multiple injuries treated in our department were analyzed retrospectively .Experience and curative effects of severe traumatic brain injury with multiple injuries were summarized .Results According to GOS scores ,70 (33.8%) patients got good recovery after the treatment ,42 (20.2%) moderate disability,29 (14%) severe disability,10 (4.8%) vegetative survival and 56 (27.2%) died.Conclusions Early diagnosis, early injury to determine a reasonable grasp the rescue sequence , in time to save a life-threatening organ damage , attach importance to the comprehensive treatment of postoperative , traumatic brain injury can improve the success rate of resuscitation combined with multiple injuries , reduce disability and mortality .关键词
