摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the recurrence factors in patients with chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) after burr hole irrigation and drainage .Method The clinical data of 218 patients with chronic subdural hematoma ( CSDH) after burr hole irrigation and drainage in our department were analyzed retrospectively , the related data were collected and EXcellspreadsheet were build in order to find out the related factors of statistical significance .Result The factors included hematoma thickness ,diaphragm and encephala trophy ,medium line shift after operation ,the change of medium line shift before and after operation ,intracranial pneumatosis ,have drainage or not after operation were the reasons to recurrence .Conclusion The treatment of CSDH should be done individually and comprehensively ,the six factors of statistical significance should be paid attention to us .关键词
