三维钛网颅骨修补的手术技巧与并发症探讨
Investigation on operative skills and complications of cranioplasty by three-dimensional titanium mesh
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the operation skills and complications of three-dimensional titanium mesh in repairing skull defects.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with skull defect,who underwent cranioplasty with three-dimensional titanium mesh from April,2010 to April,2014,were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were followed up from 1 month to 4 years.Results There were 5 patients with various complications, including 3 subcutaneous effusion, 1 necrosis of skin flap and 1 epilepsy.Conclusion Masterring the operation skills and effective preventive measures can reduce and control the incidence of complications.关键词
