依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗颅脑外伤的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined nimodipine in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma.Methods 87 patients with craniocerebral trauma in our department from October 2010 to October 2012 were randomly devided into normal treatment group(43cases) and treatment group(44 cases).Patients in the treatment group were treated with edaravone based on the normal treatment group.Clinical manifestation, glascow coma scale(GCS),CT scan result and glascow outcome scale(GOS) were observed in all patients.Results The clinical efficacy and GCS of the treatment group was significantly better than normal treatment group(P<0.05).The brain edema were significantly less serious in the treatment group.The GOS significantly increased in the treatment gpoup compared to the normal treatment group(P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of craniocerebral trauma patients,edaravone combined nimodipine can help reduce cerebral edema,and improve patients’ symptoms and prognosis.关键词
