Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of intrathecal injection vancomycin combined external drainage of lumbar cistern for treatment of intracranial infection , on basics of regulate systemic anti-infection treatment .Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with intracranial infection treated in our department from May 2010 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .14 patients were male,11 were female, the ages of the patients ranged from 25 to 76 years old,the average age was 52 years old.Results Of 25 patients,8 were cured in the first one week (32%),16 in the second week(64%)and 1 died(4%).Conclusions Intrathecal injection vancomycin combined external drainage of lumbar cistern for treatment of intracranial infection can effectively control the infection .关键词
