影响显微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效的相关因素分析
Analysis on related factors of clinical effects after microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of clinical effect after microvascular decompression ( MVD) for trigeminal neuralgia ( TN) .Methods The clinical data of 125 patients with TN,who underwent MVD from February , 2007 to December , 2013 were analyzed retrospectively .The risk factors about clinical effect after MVD were evaluated by single factor analysis of chi -square test and logistic regression analysis .Results The single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis showed the type of pain ,identification of nerve and vascular in preoperative magnetic resonance image and operation were influence factors about clinical effect .Conclusion Patients with the classical trigeminal neuralgia ( CTN) and explicit neurovascular should have a good outcome after MVD .关键词
