摘要
Abstract
The construction project is a temporary volatility change ,Party A is willing to change de‐sires ,design drawings ,technical problems caused by the construction of the project funds ,stagnation , even natural disasters and so on ,can make progress and project plan change form difference .T his needs to carry on the dynamic management of the project ,the author intends to carry out dynamic management to the project by using system engineering theory ,with a view to the largest benefit and lowest cost .关键词
