人工股骨头置换治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折36例
Artificial Femoral Head Replacement in Treatment of 36 Patients with Osteoporotic Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of osteoporotic femoral inter-trochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 36 inpatients with osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture underwent long-stem ce-mented artificial femoral head replacement during January 2008 and June 2013, and routine salmon calcitonin combined with calcium of anti osteoporosis treatment was performed after operations. Results The postoperative Harris hip score was 88 (68-94), which included excellent in 18 cases, good in 13 cases, common in 4 cases and poor in 1 case, and the excellent and good rate was 86.1%. Two patients had postoperative hip mild pain after activity, and one patient had deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity, but there were no complications such as dislocation of hip joint, periprosthetic fracture, prosthesis loosening, subsidence and greater trochanteric fracture nonunion. Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanter-ic fracture can reduce the risks of mechanics and internal fixation with fewer complications and better effect.关键词
