摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of venom peptides on the invasion of human bladder carcinoma cell line T24. Methods Various concentrations of venom peptides (0, 0. 1, 1. 0, 10. 0, 100. 0 mg/ml) were acted on to human bladder cancer cell line T24 ( control group and venom peptides group in different concentrations) in order to examine the ad-hesion,infiltration and migration ability of human bladder cancer cell line T24 by MTT assay, Transwell assay and scratch test respectively. Results Adhesion rate of various concentrations of venom peptides group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0. 05);while the percentage of venom peptides increased, adhesion rate decreased progressively, and there was significant difference between the two groups in various concentrations of venom peptides groups (P<0. 05). Cell popula-tion penetrating the membrane in the 24 hour culture of various concentrations of venom peptides group was significantly de-creased, compared with that in control group ( P<0. 05 ); Cell population penetrating the membrane decreased progressively in the wake of the concentration of venom peptides increasing, and there was significant difference between the two groups in various concentrations of venom peptides group (P<0. 05). 12 and 24 hours after scratching, cell non-coverage area of vari-ous concentrations of venom peptides group increased, compared with that of control group at the same time, and there was significant difference between the two groups in various concentrations of venom peptides group (P<0. 05);Cell non-coverage area increased progressively along with the concentration of venom peptides increasing, and there was significant difference be-tween the two groups at the same time in various concentrations of venom peptides group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Venom peptide possesses an inhibitory effect against the adhesion, infiltration and migration ability of human bladder cancer cell line T24, which increases along with the increasing of concentrations of venom peptides in a dose-dependent manner.关键词
