摘要
Abstract
Objetive To discuss the operative experience and skills of laparoscopic removal of foreign body in children’s intestinal tract. Methods Clinical data of seven children who underwent laparoscopic re-moval of foreign body in intestinal tract was collected and analysed retrospectively. Results All operations were successfully performed without conversions to open for surgery.The mean operating time was 52 min.The operative blood loss was 5 ~10 mL.The time for bowel function recovery was 2~4 d.There were no postopera-tive intestinal leakage,infection of abdominal cavity and other complication. Conclusion Compared with lapa-rotomy,laparoscopic removal of foreign body in intestinal tract is safe and feasible,and has obvious advantages.关键词
