1262例透明角膜缘切口行白内障超声乳化手术的临床观察
Clinical observation on 1262 cases of clear corneal limbus incision cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of our transparent corneal limbus incision cataract phaco . Methods A retrospective analysis of visual acuity , intraocular lens implantation rate and complications of treatment in 1262 cases (1739 eyes) of cataract ultrasonic emulsification combined fold intraocular lens implantation performed in our hospital between January 2011 and August 2011.Results Totally 1731 eyes (99.5%) received IOL implantation , while 8 eyes did not receive IOL implantation because of posterior capsular rupture .Best corrected visual acuity 1 week after op-eration was better than 0.5 in 1268 eyes, was 0.1 to 0.4 in 332 eyes, and was <0.1 in 139 eyes.There were 13 patients experienced postoperative transient high intraocular pressure .Other complications included 35 eyes posterior capsular rup-ture in 35 eyes, moderate corneal edema in 357 eyes, severe corneal edema in 59 eyes, severe corneal endothelial decom-pensation in 1 eye, and postoperative endophthalmitis in 3 patients.Conclusion With the standardized operations and proper management of postoperative complication , transparent corneal limbus incision cataract phaco is an ideal procedure , with the advantages of simpler anesthesia , satisfactory outcomes , milder postoperative reactions , and better visual recovery.关键词
