增生期糖尿病视网膜病变围手术期注射雷珠单抗的临床观察
Pars plana vitrectomy assisted with lucentis for proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of intravitreal Ranibizumab ( Lucentis ) injection 5 days before pars plana vitrectomy ( PPV) in proliferative diabetic retinathy ( PDR) .Methods A retrospective research was conducted on 23 PDR patients who received either PPV only (group A, n=13) or intravitreal Ranibizumab injection before PPV (group B, n=10).Ranibizumab was injected 5 days before PPV in group B.Main outcome measurements were visual acuity , in-cidence of iatrogenic retinal breaks , intraoperative bleeding , postoperative bleeding and proliferation .Results Mean oper-ation time was 131.92 ±8.79 minutes in group A and 95.30 ±7.27 minutes in group B.Intraoperative bleeding occurred in 13 patients in group A but in only 1 patient in group B.Similarly, iatrogenic retinal breaks occured in 11 patients in group A but only in 2 patients in group B .BCVA at 2 month was significantly higher in group B .There were 2 cases of postoperative bleeding and proliferation in group A , while none in group B .Conclusion Ranibizunab injection before PPV is well tolerated and helpful in reducing iatrogenic retinal breaks and intraoperative bleeding in PPV patients .关键词
