Abstract
Objetive To study the effects on crescent-shaped resection to treat conjunctivochalaiasis .Methods 35 cases(56 eyes) of conjunctivochalaiasis were treated by using crescent-shaped resection , conjunctiva relaxation change situation, rivus lacrimalis continual , integrity tear membrane breakage time and subjective symptom appraisal were meas-ured after surgery .Results All patients were followed up 1 year,we noted the effect ratio was 85.7%.Conclusions Re-laxed bulbar conjunctiva is one of the causes of epiphora , crescent-shaped resection to treat conjunctivochalaiasis is safe and effective.关键词
