角膜内皮炎治疗的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of topical and systemic use of antiviral agents and corticosteroids inthe treatment of corneal endotheliitis.Methods We reviewed medical records of patients who were diagnosed with cornealendotheliitis and were admitted to Tai-he Hospital between November 2011 and September 2013.Results There were 15cases of disciform corneal endotheliitis and 8 cases of diffuse corneal endotheliitis.All patients were successfully treatedand cured.The average recovery time was 8.6 ±5.4 days in all cases, and was 8.3 ±4.5 days for disciform endotheliitisand 9.1 ±6.2 days for diffuse endotheliitis.There was no difference between these two groups .All patients obtained bestcorrected visual acuity more than 0.8 except one who had macular degeneration (BCVA =0.2) and two with cataract (BCVA=0.4 and 0.5).Conclusion Corneal endotheliitis could be treated effectively and fast by topical and systemic use ofantiviral agents and corticosteroids.Visual acuity could be satisfactorily recovered.关键词
