Abstract
Objective To assess the differences and agreements among measurements of eyes using Oculyzer and Orbscan II.The following measurements were conducted:central corneal thickness (CCT), mean keratometry (Km), and anterior chamber depth (ACD).Methods In this prospective clinical study , CCT, Km and ACD were measured in 63 eyes with both Oculyzer and Orbscan II .The results were compared between the devices .Results The mean CCT ob-tained by Oculyzer and Orbscan II were 533.21 ±27.02 μm and 528.18 ±29.12 μm, respectively ( P <0.05).The mean Km were 43.32 ±1.52 D and 42.99 ±1.45 D ( P >0.05), respectively.The mean ACD obtained by Oculyzer and Orbscan II were 2.72 ±0.42 mm and 2.69 ±0.42 mm ( P >0.05).Conclusion Oculyzer and Orbscan II demonstrated a good agreement in measuring CCT , Km and ACD.However,the two devices are not interchangeable for CCT measure-ment .关键词
