特发性眼眶炎性假瘤患者血清中 IgG及其亚型水平的研究
Serum IgG subtype levels in patients with idiopathic orbital inflammatory pseudotumor

Abstract
Objective To analyze the serum levels of IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 in patients with idiopathic orbital inflammatory pseudotumor ( IOIP), and to investigate the relationship between the IOIP and Serum IgG Series. Methods This is a retrospective case series study.Author collected records of 44 patients with IOIP diagnosed pathologi-cally from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 in Ocular Tumor Department of Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University, and analyzed the serum levels of IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 in these patients.Results The average serum IgG was 1211.9 ±337.7 mg/dL.IgG was elevated in 3 patients (6.8%) and low in 1 patient (2.3%).The average serum IgG1 was 625.6 ±267.4 mg/dL.It was elevated in 4 patients (9.1%) and low in 4 patients (9.1%).The average serum IgG2 was 535.6 ±221.2 mg/dL.It was elevated in 5 patients (11.4%) and low in 2 patients (4.5%).The average serum IgG3 was 54.4 ±30.7 mg/dL.It was low in 4 patients (9.1%).The average serum IgG4 was 107.8 ±247.5 mg/dL.It was elevated in 16 patients (36.4%), and the ratio of IgG4/IgG was 8.9%in these patients.Conclusion Serum IgG4 level and IgG4/IgG ratio in patients with IOIP were higher than normal, suggesting that IOIP is related to mechanisms that involve IgG4.关键词
