摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the atypical manifestation of fluorescence fundus angiography ( FFA) in anterior ischemic optic neuropathy( AION) .Methods Clinical records of 52 eyes of 45 AION patients were retrospectively ana-lyzed.The atypical FFA manifestations were discussed.Results Among the patients, twenty-five eyes of 23 patients showed typical FFA manifestations of AION, while another 27 eyes of 22 patients showed atypical FFA manifestations.The atypical FFA manifestations of AION varied and may include sustaining hypofluorescence in optic disc during both early and late stage of FFA.Conclusion There are various FFA manifestations of AION.关键词
