青海地区白内障手术不同术式的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective Comparing the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification and non-phacoemulsification with small incision to treat cataract in Qinghai. Methods A total of 738 patients (756 eyes)were enrolled from Qinghai disa-bled rehabilitation center since October 2013 for this study. Patients were divided into two groups. Group A received non-phacoemulsification with small incision and group B received phacoemulsification. Results (1)There was no difference in visual acuity between two groups at 2 days,5 days and 10 days after surgery. (2)Relative risk of complications,inclu-ding fibrinous exudate membrane,iris adhesion,posterior capsular opacity,and pigment deposition on the lens surface, was 0. 86 for group A versus group B. (3)There was no difference in corneal edema between the two groups. Conclusion There is no significant difference in visual acuity improvement between the two groups,although phacoemulsification has better outcomes in short term. Therefore,the non-phacoemulsification with small incision is recommended in Qinghai.关键词
