摘要
Abstract
Objective To promote the teaching quality in ophthalmology and to train qualified personnel for teach-ing. Methods (1)Improve traditional teaching by introducing problem-based learning. (2)Use multimedia instructions to optimize learning process. (3)Emphasize the integrated knowledge and skills in clinic settings. These skills include clinical thinking modes,ability of innovation,hand-brain coordination and communication skills. (4)Strengthen the quali-ty of junior and senior teachers. Results The reforming in teaching mode resulted trainees’profound understanding of fundamental knowledge and mastering of integrated clinical skills. The outcomes were promising and encouraging. Conclu-sion The optimized teaching mode helps the trainees to get fundamental knowledge and practical skills that much needed in ophthalmology practice.关键词
