摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the health status and developmental rule of diseases with main influ-ence factors among the hospital staff,and provide basic strategy for improving health management.Methods The re-sults of health examinations from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed statistically.Results There were significant differences about the rates of overweight,gallbladder diseases,gynecopathy,hypertension,breast disease,hyperglycemia,and fatty liver during five years(P<0.01).A high rate of breast disease in female was detected.The detected rates of diseases were growing faster in young group(3 1 ~40 years old).Conclusion The health situation of hospital staffs is not opti-mistic and health management should be improved constantly.关键词
