摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of monopolar coagulation on ovarian function during laparo -scopic ovarian cystectomy .Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients with unilateral ovarian cysts who were admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into three groups according to balloting method,namely ultrasonic scalpel group(n=50),endoscopic suture group(n=50) and unipolar coagulation group(n=50).The menstrual changes,the occurrence of menopause syndrome and hormone (E2,FSH) levels before surgery, after 2 months'and 4 months'surgery were compared.Results (1)The menstrual changes after surgery and monopo-lar coagulation were higher than that in the scalpel group and endoscopic suture group (P<0.05);(2) The incidence of peri-menopausal syndrome in monopolar cautery group was higher than that in the ultrasonic scalpel group and en -doscopic suture group(P<0.05);(3) Serum decreased E2 and FSH increased postoperation in monopolar electro-coagulation group(P<0.05),which were statistically significant compared with other two groups (P<0.05).Con-clusion Monopolar coagulation can cause some damage on ovarian function .关键词
