合肥地区高血压患病情况及影响因素调查
Prevalence and influence factors of hypertension in Hefei area
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and influence factors of hypertension in Hefei area,and influencing factors of hypertension in Hefei area.Methods A total of 1 900 subjects aged above 1 5 years in one Dis-trict of He fei were selected with multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method.The information of subjects was collected by questionnaire survey and physical examination.Results There were 468 patients with hypertension were examined and the prevalence of hypertension was 24.63%,28.72%in male,20.51 %in female.The preva-lence of hypertension was 55.8% in 55 years and older.The risk factors of hypertension were BMI,age,the amount of salt and central obesity.Conclusion People aged over 1 5 in Hefei city has a high prevalence of hypertension.The Institution should carry out health education as soon as possible in order to strengthen the self health care conscious-ness and change the bad life style actively.关键词
