左心房内径和炎性因子变化对心房颤动的影响
The influence of the left atrial diameter and subclinical inflammatory factor changes on atrial fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of subclinical inflammatory factors in the occurrence and de-velopment on atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods Forty-five patients with persistent AF and 45 patients with AF were selected as AF group,45 cases in the control group.The left atrial diameter (LAD)was measured by ultrasonic cardi-ogram.Levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin -6 (IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)were examined by turbidimetry and ELISA.Results LAD,serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were higher in AF group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was a positive correlation between LAD and levels of inflammatory factors (hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α)in AF patients (P <0.05).Compared with paroxysmal AF group,LAD levels in persistent AF group were significantly increased in high risk level hs-CRP,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Comparison within group of paroxysmal and persistent AF group,LAD increased significantly in high level hs-CRP than in medium risk group(P <0.05). Conclusion There is a positive correlation relationship between serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a levels and the size of LAD in AF patients.关键词
