摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect and safety of Ozagrel and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease (LEDDP)Methods A total of 64 cases with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were collected and randomly divided into two groups.Based on the conventional treatment, The patients in the two groups received routine doses of low molecular weight heparin and ozagrel anticoagulant for 1 4 days.Results There were statistically significant difference in popliteal artery peak systolic velocity (PSV)of two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05),while the effects showed better in low molecular weight heparin group compared with ozagrel group.There were no significant difference in ctivated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)and prothrombin time (PT)before and after treatment.Conclusion The low molecular weight heparin or ozagrel antico-agulant therapy is effective and safety in the treatment of LEDDP,and LMWH show a better improvement in PSV.关键词
