麝香保心丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的 Meta 分析
A meta-analysis of adding Shexiangbaoxin pills in treating patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To evaluate whether Shexiangbaoxin pills can improve the clinical efficacy in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Studies were identified by search of PUBMED,WANFANG,CNKI,CBM,and VIP database (inception to October 2014).A standardized protocol with inclusion criteria was used to extract data from published randomized controlled trials.RevMan version 4.2.2 was used for this meta-analysis.Results Thirty-one randomized controlled trials involving 2596 patients were identified and included for analysis.The overall thera-peutic effects were improved in theatment group compared with control group (RR =1.18,95%CI:1.13 ~1.24,P <0.01).The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)was increased 4.76% (95%CI:3.64 ~5.87,P <0.01),whereas serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD),and left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVESD)were decreased significantly in treatment group.The 6-minute walk test (6MWT)in-creased 41.88m associated with active treatments (95%CI:33.39 ~50.37,P <0.01).Conclusions Shexiangbaox-in pills can improve cardiac function and inhibit ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure.关键词
