Abstract
Objective To investigate and analysis the health level of basic clerical staff in a grass -roots. Methods Data of health examination of a grass -roots cadres from year 2006 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, and some suggestions and measures of health management were put forward for the grass -roots clerical staff.The pro-ject of physical examination mainly include internal medicine,surgery,abdominal B ultrasound,ECG,chest X -ray, fasting blood glucose,cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,liver function,renal function,blood uric acid and the routine of blood,urine and stool.Results There were 2 422 cases,including 2 210 males and 212 females,aged from 23 to 49 and the average was 36 years old.The diseases of detection included hyper-lipidemia,fatty liver,hypertension,hyperuricemia,hyperglycemia,liver and kidney cysts,gallstones,renal kidney stones,prostatic hyperplasia and so on.The high detection rate were hyperlipidemia 898 cases (37.1%),fatty liver 502 cases (20.7%),hyperuricemia 177 cases (7.3%),hypertension 155 cases (4.7%)and hyperglycemia 55 ca-ses (2.3%).Conclusion The detection rate of diseases of the basic clerical staff is not low,and the main diseases of detection are hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,hyperuricemia,hypertension and hyperglycemia.The health education should be strengthened and the capacity of prevention and health care should be improved.关键词
