天波超视距雷达作战效能综合评估研究
Comprehensive Evaluation of Combat Efficiency of Sky Wave OTHR
摘要
Abstract
In order to evalute the combat efficiency of sky wave OTHR comprehensively and accurately, a comprehensive evaluation model of sky wave OTHR combat efficiency based on fuzzy hierarchical decision is given.Firstly,a systematic combat efficiency comprehensive evaluation index system is established.Next, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to radar combat efficiency evaluation.Combat efficiency evaluation method and steps are introduced.In the end,the application of the proposed method to a sky wave OTHR is analyzed.The results suggest that the evaluation model is practical and effective,which provides an auxiliary decision-making for development,improvement,deployment optimization and opera-tional use of sky wave OTHR.关键词
