一种抗瞬态干扰的OTHR机动目标检测算法∗
An Anti-Transient Interference Maneuvering Target Detection Algorithm in OTHR

Abstract
In over-the-horizon radar(OTHR),the doppler spectrum expansion of maneuvering target will cause coherent accumulation loss.It is bad for target detection.Traditional time-frequency analysis methods transform the time domain echo signal into the time-frequency domain and achieve maneuvering tar-get detection and parameter estimation through energy accumulation.But the methods are poor under the transient interference and the calculation is large.Considering the different characteristics between maneuve-ring target and transient interference in time-frequency rate domain,this paper proposes a maneuvering target detection algorithm based on time-frequency rate distribution(TFRD).The proposed algorithm constructs the time-frequency rate(T-FR)domain by TFRD and achieves parameter estimation.It can reduce the impact of transient interference on maneuvering target detection.Simulation of real data shows that the algorithm can detect maneuvering target effectively with the existence of transient interference.But the traditional WHT(Wigner-Hough-transform)algorithm can not detect the target due to transient interference.In addi-tion,the proposed algorithm avoids the use of Hough transform and thus reduces the calculation,so that it can be applied to the proj ect more appropriately.关键词
