微小通道液冷冷板散热性能分析
Cooling Performance Analysis of Liquid Cooling Plate for Micro/Mini-Channel
摘要
Abstract
As a new effective thermal control technology,the micro/mini-channel liquid cooling technol-ogy can significantly improve the convective heat transfer capacity because of the micro-size effects of flow and heat transfer.A micro/mini-channel liquid cooling plate is made by adding rectangular fins to the flow channel of a cooling plate in this paper.The analysis and optimization of the cooling performance of the mi-cro/mini-channel cooling plate with different fin parameters and flow channels are made.The results show that the maximum heat transportation capacity of the micro/mini-channel cooling plate increases as the de-crease of the size of fins and it is 300% higher than that of the conventional snake-shaped channel cooling plate.The micro/mini-channel cooling plate has been used to cool a digital array module successfully.关键词
