摘要
Abstract
The cognitive technique quickly extends to a lot of applications after the concept of cognitive radio has been put forward.Then cognitive radar and cognitive EW(electronic warfare)come into being in succession.Now it is just the beginning of the applications of cognitive technique in radar.The extent and depth of cognition in radar should be improved gradually.After the developments of “cognition”and “cogni-tion science”are summarized,it is necessary that radar should be provided with the cognitive ability not only for the stationary low-dynamic electromagnetic environments,but also for non-stationary high-dynamic ones including the jamming.The new architecture and function integration for radar are analyzed along with the cognitive technique.The intelligent game between radar and EW is discussed in the end.It is the important reference for comprehension and research of cognitive radar.关键词
