高职“312”人才培养模式教学改革与实践
摘要
Abstract
The "312" three stages personnel training mode is formed under the framework of the "2+1" training mode: training students' basic ability is given priority in the first three semesters; in the fourth semester it implements "work-learning alternating" teaching and cultivating comprehensive practical competence is given priority, in the fifth and sixth semester it is to train students internship employment competence. The personnel training mode can improve the level of higher vocational teachers and students' comprehensive practical skills, make students better adapt to the needs of the society and enterprises, and also speed up the construction of "double type" teachers and growth.关键词
