Abstract
Graduation design and the integration of field work and employment are the important comprehensive practical links to realize the talents training target. The pharmaceuticals specialty of Liaoyang Vocational College of Technology implements the "integration" work mechanism, through the "double parallel, three combination", making students from choosing the post to deciding the post till stationing the post, further realizes the smooth employment, and improves the graduates employment rate and the quality of employment.关键词
