摘要

Abstract

The society has put forw ard new requirem ents for one's ow n quality, and as the hum an culture dissem inators and creators of all kinds of talents, teachers are supposed to possess a good aesthetic sense. Teachers should select and accept the object of beauty w ith higher aesthetic ability and healthy aesthetic tem peram ent and interest, to get beautiful feeling, and influence and shape their education object through their ow n accom plishm ent. M any schools attach great im portance to the cultivation of teachers' m orality, intelligence, physical and m ental quality, but ignore the cultivation of teachers' aesthetic quality and related research. In view of the education practice, if the role of the teachers' aesthetic quality is ignored, it is difficult for school to achieve the fundam ental task of training qualified talents; therefore, in the new period it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the teachers' aesthetic quality.
