Analysis of Higher Vocational Students' Employment Psychological Problems and the Employment Guidance Strategy
摘要
Abstract
Facing the current employment status quo of independent choosing and two-way choice and the severe employment situation, the article analyzes vocational graduates' employment psychological problems and the reason. According to the psychological problems of graduates and the actual situation of colleges, it proposes strategies of implementing the full process career guidance for the college students. This helps students to have correct attitude, establish a correct outlook on life and values, enhance the occupation ability, promote the employment competitiveness, and constantly improve the employment rate and employment stability of the school.关键词
