Abstract
Higher vocational English teaching effect evaluation system should be continuously optimized and expanded, making it more scientific and reasonable, then it can better guide the higher vocational English teaching practice, and achieve the purpose of promoting teaching. In view of the present status of higher vocational English teaching effect evaluation system, it must build an all-round and multi-level comprehensive evaluation system, the long termeffect evaluation mechanismbased on the internal evaluation and diversified factors with social evaluation as the key factor involved in the evaluation.
