Abstract
The establishment of the talent training mechanism of secondary and higher vocational education connection is the need of perfecting the modern vocational education system, is the guarantee of realizing skilled talent hierarchical structure rationalization, and the powerful guarantee to realize the coordinated and healthy development of students, secondary, higher vocational education and enterprises. To ensure the smooth development of secondary and higher vocational connection education it needs to perfect admission policy of secondary and higher connection education, jointly determine the goals of talent cultivation and develop curriculum system suitable for secondary and higher education systematic talent training.关键词
