顶岗实习认知与评价现状的分析与思考
摘要
Abstract
At present, fuzzy cognition exists in internship objective and function. The evaluation system of internship lacks overall design, process control, pluralism and index and is hard to make objective and fair evaluation about internship. In view of the existing problems, it gives a set of scientific and perfect evaluation system and some suggestions to improve the quality of internship. In the process of evaluation, the co-participation of college and enterprise, the whole process tracking evaluation, the scientific professional ability evaluation can achieve the goal of improving student skill and comprehensive quality through internship.关键词
