Abstract
Under the new situation of deepening reform, expanding opening up, and education gradually transforming to market economy , how to base on the reality, the school administrators must change the original student management mode, establish a brand new concept, and gradually realize the humanized management. Humanized management is a big project to cultivate and shape people, if it only adopts compulsory means to manage the higher vocational students such as "morning and evening self-study" "closed-end management," "military control" and so on, and constantly increases the intensity of higher vocational students' learning, all these are not in conformity with the education teaching development rule, and will affect the development of higher vocational students, and cause adverse consequences in the long run.关键词
