Abstract
In order to better understand the training objective connotation of higher vocational talents and play the leading role of talents training objective, by analyzing the causes of influencing G erm an professional talents quality change, and connotation of dual system training goal, based on analyzing the developm ent and evolution of Chinese higher vocational cultivation objective, draw ing on the training objective and requirem ent of dual system education m ode, it further discusses fundam ental characteristics, training orientation, training specifications and business training requirem ents of our higher vocational talents training.关键词
