Abstract
D raw ing lessons from microscopic cells of excellent auto enterprise-the team's organizational structure, evaluation system, cultural construction and teamspirit, it builds "Team" management mode w ith rich enterprise teamculture, breaks through the traditional "monitor" management system, effectively enhances the students' professional quality such as teamconsciousness, management consciousness, safty consciousness and competition consciousness, and is further exploration and supplement to personnel training mode of "college-enterprise cooperation and w ork-integrated learning".关键词
