Abstract
In recent years, the higher vocational education all over C hina has been boom ing, and especially the m ajor of hotel m anagem ent has risen rapidly because of the exact specialty orientation and the frequent contact w ith the hotel industry. E ach vocational college has their ow n understanding and successful experience on the construction of this m ajor. T aking the hotel m anagem ent m ajor as an exam ple, it explores deeply in the m ajor construction to analyze the m ajor developm ent tendency from the m ulti-dim ension. T hrough the com prehensive survey, it carries out the exact specialty orientation, and pays great attention to constructing the system to train students' professional com petence in order to highlight the construction of the professional quality system;it pushes the cooperation betw een the college and enterprises actively, constructs the courses based on w orking processes, builds the double-qualified teaching team , and furthers the specialty construction cooperatively.关键词
