Abstract
H igher vocational counselor is the executor of student m anagem ent w ork, having the irreplaceable position in student m anagem ent. W ith the update of counselors w orking content, changes in the characteristics of college students' group, it needs m ore scientific, innovative w orking m ethods. In the new era, therefore, to do a good job of higher vocational college counselors is w orth our study and discussion, especially the scientific innovation of new m ode and new m ethods of the m odern ideological and political education and routine w ork is particularly im portant.关键词
