The Advances in Study on Mapping and Cloning for Rice Blast Disease Resistance Genes
摘要
Abstract
Rice blast is the most serious fungal diseases in rice production,which seriously affects the yield of rice.With the continuous development of DNA molecular markers and the completion of rice genome sequen-cing,mapping and cloning of the rice blast resistance genes made breakthrough progress,which establishes the foundation for the resistance mechanism study and resistant varieties breeding.This paper summarizes the ad-vances in study on mapping and cloning for rice blast disease resistance genes,and the prospect of application of resistance genes is prospected.关键词
