摘要

Abstract

Know that soybean seed treatments on the condition of LYR-2 have some relative impact of indicators to the carbon metabolism of soybean seeding cotyledon.The experiment on sand culture con LYR-2 as seed treatment solution,with water as a comparison,study the impact of different concentration LYR-2 to soluble protein,free amino acids,nitrate-nitrogen content and activity of proteinase in soybean cotyledon,analyse the dynamic changes of above indicators adjusted by regulators.the result show that,LYR-2 increase the soluble protein content with varying degrees,LYR-2 is the better synthesis effect,second is T1 ;LYR-2 increase the free amino acids content ,the better synthesis effect isT3;LYR-2have a affect on nitrate-nitrogen content, present that T2 >T3 >T1 >CK;LYR-2have a affect on activity of proteinase ,present that T2 >T1 >T3 >CK.show that LYR-2 soaking can improve physiological activity of cotyledon,promote nitrogen metabolism in cotyledons,and is conducive to robust seedlings growth,the better regulation result is T2.
